"Awesome!!"

I was a little underwhelmed with FarCry2 but this is just awesome. 30+ hours already and I'm only 68% through and still ripping through it. Plenty to explore and find, side quests and main missions. A game well worth your hard earned money!

Review: Far Cry 3

I must confess to being a Ubisoft Montreal fanboy, smacking my lips in anticipation of Far Cry 3's sandbox world for close to a year. I had similar feelings prior to the release of Far Cry 2, going fanboy-batshit over videos of dynamic fire, procedural sky and other words that translate to...

Fantastic, Detailed open world that begs exploration; Supremely satisfying gunplay; Best looking game on PC by a distance; Memorable characters; Side quests never get old

Story isn't particularly strong; Voice acting for generic NPCs is woeful; Underwhelming multiplayer

Far Cry is a great game that is very similar to the Grand Theft Auto games

Far Cry 3 is a great game that will having you wanting for more once you finish the game. This game is very similar to the Grand Theft Auto games. The game is an open world game that is set in the jungle. The game has tons of different missions and none of the missions feel repetitive in nature.

Far Cry 3 ( PC)

Far Cry 3's intelligent and elegant open-world structure balances exciting action with the joys of free-form adventuring, making it one of the best shooters of the year.

A huge tropical world stuffed with fun things to do Ecology and unpredictable creatures make the world come alive Stealth and action come together in rewarding ways Role-playing elements and difficulty curve give a sense of momentum Great structure leads you from one activity to the next

Some design quirks lead to minor frustrations Certain story elements break the immersion

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon Review

It's a shame that there are factors such as a weak lead character and a painfully short story because Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is almost everything it promised it would be leading up to release.

Far Cry 3 Review

This generation has seen no lack of open-world games ever since The Elder Scrolls series showed devs the ropes with Oblivion. The biggest problem that open world games face is that the world often feels empty with only a few missions or a couple of side quests to do at any time.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon PS3

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is unashamedly, bombastically 80s. It's a relentless seven hour romp bookended by a laugh-aloud opening and an epic...

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon PS3 Review

Even though it plays very much like a Far Cry game, it's odd that Ubisoft decided to go with the Far Cry 3 title for this spin-off game, as Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon really couldn't be any further away from the themes found in the third game in the series.
