Make no mistake, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is ridiculous. That's obviously a completely intentional decision and it's a beautiful thing. It's wonderful whenever a large publisher puts out a game that is perfectly happy to just be ridiculous and fun.

Ubisoft heads back to the tropics with their third interpretation of the expansive Far Cry series. More than a simple shooter, Far Cry 3 is an adventure, and one that should be explored by any fan of the genre.

It's kill or be killed in Far Cry 3 ‘s world. Viscous animals and psychopathic villains alike pose a threat to the player. In order to fight back, one must hone their survival skills, acclimate to the tropical island, and maybe bring a flamethrower along – that never hurts.

Fantastic game. Love the graphics (buy an hdmi cable if you don't have one!) storyline is great. A couple of minor (very minor) glitches but it is an addictive game! Love it!

This latest open world first person shooter in the Far Cry franchise is the most ambitious yet, with the Rook Islands offering a beautiful, but dangerous playground to explore. Far Cry 2 was a decent but flawed shooter, that didn't quite reach greatness.
