They are great. You will not want to go back to a normal mouse after using one of these. I started using one on the advice of an Occupational Therapist because I was getting pain in my arm. That went away soon after i started using this type of mouse. I now have one at work and one at home.

Bought for work and home, the tension in my wrist subsided quickly. Easy to get used to and nice design.

Nice mouse and certainly a much better hand posture than the regular type mouse. Pity they don't make an extra small as even the small one was just too big and "clunky" for my small hands.

Great for those who need an ergonomic mouse. Has helped with my RSI a lot. Would recommend to anyone who has hand issues. Pros: - Very ergonomic, easy on the hand and wrist, doesn't take long to get used to either. - Good size for small hands, and it's light. - The software configuration tool is very good, lots of mapping options. - Good amount of features for the price. Cons: - Build quality does feel a bit flimsy. - DPI could be more precise, but it is all good to play some FPS with.
