Had to move the home base quite a few times to get to work properly and modem to work properly, took a few weeks to get it right,,,,,,,,

Totally overwhelmed by the amount of assumed technical capabilities of the purchaser. I have not been able to set up this device. Customer service is via a United States phone number.... No local help. The product I'm sure is high quality and does everything that is claimed, but a novice like me will struggle and fail to set up.

Syncs with Iphone and android. good video recording and face recogniton.
