While I personally prefer laser printers I have found the WF-4640 to be a great little printer for the money. The OEM ink IS expensive but thankfully there are good quality non-OEM inks available through the internet.

I have had two of these printers and really liked the features it provided. In both cases the black print head started to have streaks through each line despite cleaning the print heads and changing the ink.

Setup is relatively easy. Wireless setup would be better if Epson suggested using Automatic Wireless setup only if your router only has default settings. In cases where you have setup your router with a unique SSD, have SSD broadcast off or you have specified a password for your router, use the...

Setup went fine but test page would not print. Of course, was taken right to product registration where they could get all my particulars before resolving the lack of printing! I am sure I will get it to work but too bad they put marketing ahead of quality (or being able to print!).

I use this product a lot. Features i like about this product are: the countless options and combinations with the copy function, the print from your phone function, the precision core technology has amazing accuracy, and the presets function is handy when in a hurry.

So far, after having this printer for a couple of weeks, there are no bad issues I can think of. Ordering from Walmart.com was a breeze and my printer actually came faster than I expected it to. A+ with me. I love the bluetooth feature on this printer.

This Epson is compact, easy to use and has plenty of features. It is great value for money and reliable and high quality. Great purchase.

this is our 2nd one because we wore out the 1st so we ordered another one. We were very satisfied to see that it was at a much lower price too.

This printer worked great but it lacks a major feature for SMBs. It does not have an option to scan to folder so you are not able to scan to a network drive for employees.
