Buying this product was a little bit like gambling for me, as I was not able to find any reviews about this particular model nor the brand. Luckily for me, this product ended up being a great purchase. Robust chair, very comfortable, and with lots of customization options. It also comes fully assembled and ready to use. My job demands to be sit long hours. Once I got this chair, all discomfort (back, neck) I previously had is just gone. On top of that, if you buy its headrest (sold separately) you can also enjoy all its features + "gaming". It's not a cheap chair, but really worth it.
