Great battery life. Goes from carpet to tiles with ease

I love this machine; it is so easy to get it out, to carry it up and down the stairs, and despite that, it still does an amazing job of cleaning hardwood and carpet.

Ok where to start. We have a cheap cordless vacuum and a dyson ball plug in vacuum. I have wanted a dyson cordless forever. I did a lot of research and decided on the V7 instead of the v6. It was only like $50 more to get the next one up, and you get 10 more minutes of battery time than the v6.

Got this to replace my Miele Cat & Dog, which was effective but too heavy. This Dyson seems to be very powerful - it sucks up lots of fluff and dust from the carpet - and is very quick and manoeuvrable. I can clean my house in 15 mins and it only takes 1 hour or so to re-charge from that.

Light and so easy to assemble and use. Sunction is good. This has been great to quick tidy ups, the stairs and reaching those horrible cobwebs in the ceiling corners!

I know Dyson's are good vacuums as I'd purchased 1 about 20years ago they are brilliant so I decided to get a cordless and I'm so glad that I did it makes vacuuming so much easier its light and suction on it is amazing.i also like that when your using it you have to keep your finger on the trigger...

It's a great vacuum. I just hate the fact it only runs for around 30 minutes before you have to recharge it. And hair gets caught around the roller and it's a pain to get out again. Plus holding onto the vacuum and pressing the on button constantly, gives you a sore hand and I'm young!

I gave this only 4 stars as I am going to return it. I am an elderly lady with knee problems and I loved the quality of this item and the power it has but it is a little too heavy for me to use I need one that will stand all by its self if I need to stop in the middle of the room to pick something...

So quick and easy to use. Great for a one bedder. Can get around the place without having to recharge.

I always had dyson but last year got swooned by the hype of the sharks so took the dive and went for the shark cordless. What a mistake it constantly lost power. Resulting in my finally returning and returning back to dyson and to say I'm happy is an understatement 100 times better than the shark.
