I bought the Cinetic Big Ball DC75 a year ago to replace our 11-year-old DC15 Animal, which was still working. From the outset we found that it is difficult to locate the wand in its parking slot and when the cleaner is in use the wand comes out of the slot, meaning the handle flexes a lot.

I love Dysons.... And have had one since they first came out. Recently, my most recent one stopped working to its full potential and I have been going crazy trying to clean up kitz fluff and other sneaky floor stuff. So, finally, today, I bought myself a new one.

Brilliant hoover in our house with having 2 dogs & 2 cats (one being white long haired and sleeping on the landing) It used to take me an hour to hoover the stairs and landing, now done in 10/15 minutes.......excellent

Our Dyson was many years old but I still thought it was a decent vacuum. That's is, until we used our sons when visiting him. Was so impressed, ordered the same model as theirs and it arrived next day. An awesome vacuum cleaner

An excellent Vacuum cleaner. Our first Dyson was purchased in 1998 and was replaced by this new one in December 2016. The build quality is great and the suction phenomenal! Our hall carpet filled the Dyson alone! There have been vast improvements with Dyson in the past 18 years!

Even though this cleaner has a smaller capacity than our previous Dyson, it is heavier and a struggle to get up stairs. Despite this the product is excellent at picking up debris on the carpet. I have never seen it so clean!

I purchased this vacuum in October 2017. I have to say that I am disappointed with it. The turbine floor tool does not pick up anything. Nothing. It blows everything around. Once I switch to the hardfloor tool then debris is picked up but I cannot vacuum my shag area rug with it.

For such a high end company whose upright models are so well built, I'm surprised at the cheap feel of the pole on this canister model. The turbine attachment works very well on most floors, but if you have a shag, or any other thick or high carpet or rug, this is most definitely NOT the vacuum for...
