Difficult to set up, even after an hour and a half on the phone with teck support, it would not work on the first computer i tried, finally found another computer I could install it on. Both computers were running Windows 10.

I installed the software according to the instructions - software first, then connected the CardScan 62 to a port on the motherboard not a USB hub; Windows 7 detected it and installed the drivers after a significan't wait; According to device manager it is installed and fine.

I have had this card scanner now for a few weeks and it great. It is agreat way to organization your clients and their addresses..

But once it arrived I could not and cannot get it to register. So, looks good but it will not work. The product information indicates you can call them to activate the code, but no-one was available. No e-mail response. Nothing.

For the price, this little work horse is amazing. It isn't perfect. Since there are endless ways that business cards can be formatted,you have to keep an eye on how the info. fields populate. But it's fast, compact and a real time saver.

I bought this to download about 150 business cards to my address book.

It is a great System but DYMO's support for legacy products running on newer Windows OS versions is appallingly limited. This Product WILL WORK WITH NEWER MS Operating Systems. Mine was purchased for WIN XP, I am still using it on a WIN 7 machine, but I use an XP patch that DYMO either doesn't know...
