Dragonball Z has a lengthy series of video games. Some of the games were more mediocre, while others offered simplistic fighting gameplay allowing anyone to join in on the action. All do a great job at giving fans of the show a chance to relive their favorite moments.

Don't let the other negative reviews fool you. I've played every dragon ball z game out there, from the budokai series to the legacy of Goku series. This game easily is one the TOP 3 DBZ GAMES EVER MADE.

Dragon Ball has been around since 1984 and has had several iterations since then. While having a separate story line, Xenoverse uses the characters from Dragon Ball Z. The Dragon Ball series is far from dead as Dragon Ball Super has recently been announced and will be released in Japan this July.

Early last year I sat down with Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z as a big DBZ fan who was just beginning to write for this site. What I got was a rehashed, lacklustre product that felt more like a hazing to joining the team (it was) than a pleasant experience in gaming.

For Dragon Ball fans, Dragon Ball Xenoverse will give them a chance to play through the saga in a different way than what's been presented before. For fighting game fans, they'll have a chance to play a decent fighter that's easier to pick up than Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat.

From being able to create your own character, the battle system is very easy and fun that anyone can immense on it. Unlike other fighting games where you have to input commands to use their special moves, on this game every thing can be done with ease.
