Here is a game I have read a lot about and I thought it would be a fun to go back to its roots and play all the way through to Inquisition. The downloaded version is all but impossible to play! I can't even get it to open after installation.

A controversial title, I know, but if I had to pick a "greatest game of all time", my vote goes to Dragon Age: Origins. For such a large scale game; an adventure that takes you all across the nation of Ferelden, with so much interaction and exploration, DAO's attention to detail is virtually...
Morrigan's sharp tongue and vain indifference made her one of Dragon Age: Origins ' most intriguing characters, so you might have been excited to learn of her return in that role-playing game's newest downloadable content, Witch Hunt.
Some of the environments look lovely; A cool boss fight
Morrigan's role is so tiny that it's practically unnecessary; Throwaway party members; Way too easy; Story lumbers toward an ending that illuminates nothing
I installed this yesterday (finally got a new computer a couple of days ago that has the horsepower for newer games). Saw a tiny bit of text on the paper with the DLC Redemtion Code that says the code expires 7-30-2011. Glad I did not wait to install!
Haven't played it yet; so I can't say; but I gave it 3 stars on general principles

Concept: More Dragon Age! Graphics: Why can't I find a single piece of headgear that doesn't make my mages look absolutely ridiculous? Sound: Pretty much the same music and voice actors, all of which are good Playability: Strategic pause-and-play battles are still the heart of the game, and control...
Dragon Age: Origins is yet another great RPG from BioWare and best played on PC. While the console versions suffer from some port issues, it's far from a deal breaker if you're looking for a decent RPG, but they do hold the game back from being in the same league as the PC version.
RPG's have had a bit of a ressurgance over the last few years. Gone are the Dungeon and Dragon labels for so called geeks sitting at their PC's for 24 hours at a time. World Of Warcraft delivered a popularity rarely seen in gaming where all were one under the same roof with a not an ounce of mickey...
Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition ----------------------------------------------- Introduction ---------------- This is a fun game which has a really long game play on some forums people have said that just the vanilla game play can take you 60-80 hours.
fun challenging game; good for tactically inclined gamers
no all dlc enabled in ultimate edition until you install them
Dragon Age:Origins is an role-playing game set in the fantasy country of Ferelden, where the Darkspawn have over-run the country and have attacked every settlement in the land, and have become known as the 'Blight' You choose from a number of different backgrounds, including three different playable...
I'll be honest, I spent most of my gaming life playing Japanese RPGs which means I never had the chance to play games like Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights or Morrowind. I didn't know they even existed until a few years ago.
Expansive world filled with interesting locales; impressive voice acting; visceral combat; party members are multifaceted and come with unique stories; entire package offers around 80-100 hours of gameplay, double that on further playthroughs
Overall story feels largely generic; some areas drag on for too long; dialog options can be a bit confusing; technical issues, some involving quests and class balancing; armor isn't diverse enough
