Diablo II, our last full outing to the world of Sanctuary, was released twelve years ago. TWELVE – let that sink in. The last time I played Diablo II my ISP was @Home and the world had recovered from the Y2K bug.
Hailed as a genre-defining triumph on its released back in 2000, Diablo II remains for many the epitome of the hack-and-slash dungeon crawler, the merry jingling of loot jumping out of demons' corpses causing a Pavlovian reponse from gamers to click on the swag, and click on it quick.
I'll be honest, I havent really played much of Diablo 2. But I do know there are alot of people that still play it, I know its hugely popular and even now Diablo 2 still has a large fanbase.
There was no excuse for the shambolic launch of Diablo III . It was the most widely awaited PC game in, oh, ages – we know this because developer Blizzard Entertainment mentioned "2 million pre-orders" in passing. So the protracted meltdown suffered by the company's servers was shoddy.
Diablo III is a great game. It manages to deliver a top-notch experience with satisfying gameplay, decent graphics, impressive sound and a solid multiplayer. Sadly, it's being let down by the mandatory internet connection but, once people stop overwhelming Battle.net and Blizzard realizes that it...

Diablo 3 should need no introduction. It's a good game and despite it being a bit repetitive, it is quite fun and absorbing once you start playing. The video walkthroughs don't do the gameplay justice as you need to play the game yourself to really feel it.
