Not bad

A decent addition to the series, but definitely not as mind-blowing as Diablo 2. The overall story was decent, but the game was a bit of a breeze. Boss designs were cool, but few of the boss fights were even remotely difficult on the normal difficulty.

Diablo III

Diablo II came out 12 years ago, and it's been going strong since then. The simple, addictive dungeon crawler captured the hearts of gamers with its massive expansion from the first Diablo and broad variety of locations, enemies, and loot.

Simple, addictive gameplay; Streamlined multiplayer experience

Requires you to be always online even when playing single-player; Modest graphics

Diablo 3 Review!

I have played the Diablo 3 beta and I can assure that the game is absolutly fantastic! Even if people say it was worth an 8 or 9 i belive it is worth a complete 10 out of 10 (or 5 out of 5) for jbhifi! Absoultly brilliant game and well worth buying and playing over and over again!

It has been 16 years when you must have had a hand on experience with the original Diablo, and then it has been 12 years since the release of Diablo 2. And later the launch of Lord of Destruction left the RPG fans hungering for a new experience in the dungeon crawling and isometric universe created...

Great dungeon crawling gameplay; Seamless online multiplayer; Interesting story; Slaying monsters has seldom been this addictive and rewarding; Players can select heroes from five distinct character classes; Rich Graphic Content; The voice overs sound good; Excellent animation quality

No PvP part; Probably the biggest issue for competitive gamers, The game feels cheesy sometime, Graphics don't look great when zoomed in, Mandatory online connection, The cut scenes are a bit corny

Not for Casual Players

If you're a casual player looking to play around 1-2 hrs a day, or possibly at most 5 hours a week, then this game isn't for you.

Demon in the details.

When it comes to Diablo, one should expect a sense of finality when an upgraded version features the word "Ultimate". After all, where do you go after defeating The Devil? Developer Blizzard's answer--in the Reaper of Souls expansion--was a villain that was the closest thing to Death.

Exceptionally accessible to newcomers; Well-implemented social features; Dungeons and fields rich in bonuses; Monster killing begets more monster killing; loot; and experience; Lives up to the Ultimate name

Some classes aren't as suited as others for solo play

"Diablo 1.5" This game has nicer graphics than Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. It has a shared stash and some nifty little features like that. Other than that most of what players care about have been cut out of the game or reduced down to almost a child-level of simplicity.

Diablo 3 – review

There was no excuse for the shambolic launch of Diablo III . It was the most widely awaited PC game in, oh, ages – we know this because developer Blizzard Entertainment mentioned "2 million pre-orders" in passing. So the protracted meltdown suffered by the company's servers was shoddy.

'Diablo 3' review (PC)

the second it went live, Blizzard's dungeon crawler is one of the most-anticipated PC releases in recent memory. For a sequel with so much riding on it, the title didn't get off to the best start.
