the second it went live, Blizzard's dungeon crawler is one of the most-anticipated PC releases in recent memory. For a sequel with so much riding on it, the title didn't get off to the best start.

It says a lot that Blizzard are sticking by their "always-online" Diablo III decision. When the game released last week (May 15 for the stragglers out there), the frustration and community outcry that followed from the global introduction to "Error 37" can not be understated.

Diablo II came out 12 years ago, and it's been going strong since then. The simple, addictive dungeon crawler captured the hearts of gamers with its massive expansion from the first Diablo and broad variety of locations, enemies, and loot.

Diablo III is possibly the most and least ambitious game to have released in recent years. Following up the beloved, glorious and seminal dungeon crawler Diablo II was always going to be a tall order, and as the years marched on, our expectations swelled to potentially insurmountable levels.

The moment I booted up Diablo III on my computer I could tell two things: It was another polished game by Blizzard Entertainment, and I had a new addiction on my hands. After spending over 30 hours slaying demonic beasts, gearing up my heroes, and clearing dungeons with friends, I can safely say...

Wandering around gloomy dungeons attacking endless waves of enemies should be the most tedious thing in the world, but in Diablo 3, it's quite the opposite. Blizzard, with their years of MMO experience, know exactly how to appeal to the obsessive compulsive gamer.

I have played the Diablo 3 beta and I can assure that the game is absolutly fantastic! Even if people say it was worth an 8 or 9 i belive it is worth a complete 10 out of 10 (or 5 out of 5) for jbhifi! Absoultly brilliant game and well worth buying and playing over and over again!

Diablo 3 should need no introduction. It's a good game and despite it being a bit repetitive, it is quite fun and absorbing once you start playing. The video walkthroughs don't do the gameplay justice as you need to play the game yourself to really feel it.

Diablo III is a great game. It manages to deliver a top-notch experience with satisfying gameplay, decent graphics, impressive sound and a solid multiplayer.
