If somebody would have told me before I bought this that the graphics and mechanics and controls would be exactly the same. I would never had ordered another copy just to burn.

Graphics are more mellow and creamy this collection is for nostalgia and if you ever in the mood to play the series again, love it but they dont need to emphasize how they worked on the graphics, makes it seem they just went in there and just dimmed the texture a bit.

Style and powerful combos – it's something that's followed the Devil May Cry franchise since it launched on the PS2 in the early 2000s. Move on to 2018 and what we have here is what we can expect from the world of gaming we live in today – a remaster of a remaster.

Devil May Cry HD Collection is out now and there's been a lot of love for this series, ever since they were released on PS2, 17 years ago, in 2001. They used the ever-popular static environments with animated characters, much like the Onimusha & Resident Evil series of games.

I always remember standing in my local video game store all the way back in 2001 pondering the tough choice of Devil May Cry or Max Payne . I asked the store assistant for her opinion and she said that I should get Max Payne , so I got Max Payne and Devil May Cry , which worked out great.

Devil May Cry has long been one of my favourite franchises, mixing fast paced action with stylish cinematics. The series has been on a sort of break for a while now – with no new game being released since the controversial reboot DmC: Devil May Cry.

There are games that, like a pair of acid-washed jeans pulled out of an attic box, act as a window into a certain time. Devil May Cry is very much a window into the year 2001, a snapshot of the post- Matrix pop-cultural moment where the black-clad, industrial noise-rock aesthetic had come as close...

Really like the Devil May Cry series, great games really good and playable!
