Fun long lasting game with awesome game olay

I always remember standing in my local video game store all the way back in 2001 pondering the tough choice of Devil May Cry or Max Payne . I asked the store assistant for her opinion and she said that I should get Max Payne , so I got Max Payne and Devil May Cry , which worked out great.

Ninja Theory's 2013 Devil May Cry reboot was controversial, but if you could look beyond its precocious young Dante and his cropped dark hair, you would find one of the slickest, smartest brawlers of recent years.

Wii U gamers were lucky enough to receive Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 in 2014, a simultaneous release that solved the absence of this kind of action game on Nintendo's console. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners didn't have the same luck in this department, and that's why this remastered version of DMC...

While the trend of re-releasing last gen games on new hardware isn't always a welcome one, I do like that DmC is now available in "Definitive" form. It's a game that sales wise did okay, but they weren't the figures that Capcom were hoping for.

Really like the Devil May Cry series, great games really good and playable!

Developed by Capcom, Devil May Cry is yet again getting the remaster treatment, this time bringing it up to speed with the PlayStation 4. The series, of course, follows the son of Sparda, Dante, as he jumps, shoots, slashes, and sasses his way through hordes of demons and horrible creatures.

If somebody would have told me before I bought this that the graphics and mechanics and controls would be exactly the same. I would never had ordered another copy just to burn.

Devil May Cry has long been one of my favourite franchises, mixing fast paced action with stylish cinematics. The series has been on a sort of break for a while now – with no new game being released since the controversial reboot DmC: Devil May Cry.
