Can't believe Dell didn't resolve the problem.

High pixels per inch; Super resolution and color

In early 2014 I purchased the previous version 2414q; Consistently would get dark screen after powering up PC and would have to power off and on the monitor for it to operate; When the 2415q came out I was positive Dell resolved the problem that was well discussed on many forums.

The best 4K monitor for the money. Integrated support for MacOS scaled resolutions (no downgrading to 2K or 1080p for larger text and ikons).

wanted good resolution high def screen (2nd side by side monitor for photo editing) - for the price couldnt do better.

I am a photographer and videographer so I wanted a screen that is colour accurate. Reading many reviews I decided to go with the Dell. I am using it with a Scan 3XS system that has a Geforce GTX 960 card.

A very straightforward connection via HDM1 cables to my graphics card with a simple setup. Interesting the monitor included a calibration chart, not always seen with 4K monitors. One bit of warningdo not install the software drivers.

I've had this for 6 months. Using it with a 2015 13" Macbook Pro with Retina, connected via mini display port. Very happy with the monitor's performance. No dead pixels, no quality control issues with my unit. Love the adjustable stand - can adjust up or down in addition to tilting.

Replaced a Samsung U28590D with this, very pleased. Base is ridiculously sturdy and build quality is high throughout. Well worth the extra cost, but could have come with a few more cables.

I bought this for Photography, very nice well built, great color, not all computers can support the high quality of 3880 x1900, had to buy a Gaming video card, then DP cables, come to find out Photoshop Lightroom and other programs don't support high resolution, small menus, you need to squint to...

3 months in and no regrets. I have two displays and they are absolutely stunning connected to my cheese-grater Mac Pro via Display Port. Absolutely a joy to work with and look at. Stunning color and image quality. The price and value are a no brainer.
