Great value All In One in excellent condition, compact size for when a clean workspace

Did some research on Dell AIO pc's and it fit 100% my needs. Was easy to clip open the back and fit my own SSD. Access to other components are easy too. Overall condition for this A grade OFF-Lease was 100% and very good working condition..., Except, sadly it looks like NZ Post dropped the box so hard the bubble wrap popped and smashed a 2 inch section at the edge of the monitor, leaving it with a gaping hole. I could retrieve the broken piece and luckily this incident did not damage the rest. Again the Quality of the product is proven. The first unit arrived badly damaged. The box was in perfect condition so one wonders if there was a mishap at packing time and a hope the box might get sufficiently knocked around to enable a courier claim. Getting this replaced was not straight forward. I had to fill out a form thst requested details that PBTech had already. Privacy was cited as the reason why. What nonsense! The new unit arrived, undamaged. Refurbished. What does that mean? The unit was dirty. Dust in all sorts of places. I don't think it had been wiped or anything. And finally...no mouse or keyboard supplied. The decription was not explicit. Why would a PC not have one....view more
