Great game! Awesome blend between aerial and ground combat. 3rd person shooter with a well designed twist. Enemy aliens are unique and fun to fight. Weapons and rocket packs can be upgraded throughout the game and it only gets better!

Picture Halo. Make it third person. Give yourself a jetpack. You have nearly got Dark Void. This is probably one of the best games I have ever played. The ability to fly anywhere is amazing, and the controls are brilliant. I love the flying levels and skyjacking is a very fun minigame.
Had this rented from Gamefly for awhile and wanted to buy rather than keep renting it. Gameplay is fun and quick. Nice SciFi story line. Cant beat the price!
It's amazing to look through review sites and see a genuine new IP get rubbed in the dirt because it's a quick action adventure title. There is nothing wrong with a 10-hr action title we need breaks like these between the massive A-title games.
From the demo ive played the gameplay is good, its fast paced as u have a jetpack and guns, u can hover, and spin in air which is cool when u land you kinda hover, the cover system is good, u can pop out and shoot a bit like gears of war.
Dark Void starts off like many other shooter games, but very quickly draws you into a very interesting premise. The very first time that you're perspective shifts, and you begin fighting your way down a vertical shaft, the platforms now acting as cover, letting gravity pull you down to your next...
This game is pretty fun if you like typical action/adventure games. The flight mechanics with the jet pack can take some getting used, but nothing...
Great price; jet pack play; get to keep upgrades if you replay
level of difficulty not consistent sometimes; radar can be a little confusing
My Purchase. I bought Dark Void two days after Christmas a couple of years back from my local Blockbuster store because it was under £10 brand new, I had been keen to buy the game and it was still there when I had the money.
Great fun single player game a joy to play
Too quick and easy to complete
Capcom's latest action adventure-that doesn't have you slaughtering zombies-possesses a great deal of potential and appeal. As a likable right-guy-in-the-wrong-place protagonist tasked with saving Earth from a hostile alien threat, players take to the skies with only a jet pack strapped to their...
