I love FPSs, but not RPG. D&D syled games have always been fascinating but I never wanted to hover around a table with 5 other nerds (I say this lovingly) nor do I want to play an amazingly graphic same styled game to have to stop and have dialogue with people, work on opening up my abilities...

The game is linear, however. Very linear. There are sometimes multiples ways to attack a problem, but this is the exception rather than the rule. Still, this game's structure provides a tight, action-focused gaming experience with just a smattering of lite (& I do mean LITE) role playing elements.

a fun game with an interesting storyline, BUT, the games lighting is way to dark!! You literally cant see anything, and the spell that you learn to make your own light just makes everything blurry. Definitely a game for budget gamers looking for an entertaining, fun rpg game.

You need to save very often because the game's own autosave system is not good and cannot be relied on
