Great camera and picture. App is clunky, hard to change the video resolution unless you go into the web management page. Sort this out and it would have been 5 stars.

I use Linux (Mint 17). I was able establish a wireless connection to my router without much effort. Viewing and recoding was done with VLC and a screen recoding application. This allowed me to use the camera for its intended purpose of confirming that raccoons were trying to establish a latrine near...
This is a very good camera for the price. If I buy another however I think I'd look at the HD one I think they offer just to get that bit better of a picture. If you want it as a security camera and want to be able to clearly see faces you might need the HD model.
I got this to keep an eye on my puppy and it is pretty good. Not exactly in real time, kind of delayed and I wish the view was range was larger. Works wonderful at night .
Setup took some time to figure out and their customer service using email on their web page was horrible. However once it is all setup it works well and easy to view using iPhone/iPad apps.
Price and online viewing
Setup wasn't as easy as expected and customer service email response took over one week
No where does it say black and white only. I only realized that after I installed the camera. True, it doesn't say color either.
Easy setup is easy to setup; Just download the exe and run it
(1) I was surprised it is black and white; I guess I assume it was color because it doesn't say black and white anywhere (2) What is the IP address of the webcam when connect via wifi? I need that for my router to reserve the same ip for the camera -- not necessary but easier for me to manage it.
NCIX or D-Link could offer as an accessory the above mentioned DC power extension cable. Would purchase again.
Good quality for the price, especially on their sale price; Seems to be working fine.
The power cord to the camera could be a little longer; In some installations a DC power extension cable may be needed.
D-Link's DCS-932L is the first IP camera we've seen which supports D-Link's mydlink service. This is designed to make it easy to view your IP camera's feed from anywhere on the internet without having to fiddle with your router's settings or worry about Dynamic DNS.
In general this is a good unit. The picture is adequate to identify people who are in its view. HR quality just takes bandwidth and slows transmission. The big problem is that although it has motion detection, it broadcasts continually, which often is wasteful.
Easy To Set Up
Limited Firmware; Poor For Survalence
Easy setup of this camera. Purchased 2 to monitor a new puppy while I am at work. Night vision works perfectly for me to check when up for the night and pup is howling or yapping. I can monitor the cameras from the mydlink lite app for my phone or from a PC.
Compact; Ease of Use; Easy To Set Up
