Very happy with the product. Setup is a no-brainer - plugged in my laptop and other gadgets and all done. Gives me peace of mind that my electronics are protected during power surges. You'd know if there was a power outage or surge as the unit will sound alert beeps. Purchased April last year on a good deal.

This is a very cheap UPS and it does the job when it comes to keeping things going when the power drops out. Connected via USB to a QNAP NAS which gives it time to shutdown cleanly Only downside, the reason for 3.5/5, is that from time to time it produces a high pitch and very loud noise. This one will go in the comms cupboard to power the ONT and router and will buy a larger UPS for the main PC etc. but won't be a CyberPower this time, I'm not spending more to have the noise issue again.
