It's great!

I like this UPS because it's compact, wall-mounted, has a display and suits my home set up perfectly. Synology NAS recognises make and model of this UPS and I get all UPS-related alerts from my NAS. I don't need to run a lot off the UPS. With just enough equipment connected to inform me of the power outage, estimated runtime is 40 minutes. More than enough time to remote in to shut things down. Long blackouts are rare in my area, and in most cases, power is back on way before battery runs out. Price vs features, this UPS does exactly what I need and more.

I forget I have it

I plugged it in, plugged in the NAS and that was that. Now I await the next power outage…

It's a pity the plugs are so close together - not suitable for adapter plugs, meaning less usable plugs available. But that's the only downside I can see. (& the box says the guarantee is $75k Aus$, but there's no paperwork in the box about it)
