By and The first person shooter genre is riddled with the good, the bad, and the awful. Franchises like Call of Duty and Halo dominate sales because overall, they excel at their own identity. Many have tried to copy them, but few have managed to get the formula just right.
Wonderful game! Can't wait until the next one comes out for the XBOX 720!
When it comes to reviewing games, the only absolute is that no matter how good something looks or how good it should be, nothing can be safely assumed until a controller is in hand and things are happening on screen. Crysis 3 was a perfect reminder.
The new bow is pretty sweet
The final boss is everything that's wrong with boss fights
Amazing game, incredible campaign, great physics, fantastic graphics
Crysis 3 is a game that you would want to play if you seen the movie Rambo (2008) and any of the Predator films because Crysis 3 is a game that allows you play as Rambo (Bow and Arrow) and Predator (Cloaking) at the same time. I had such a fun time doing it.

Unstable performance; Divisive multiplayer
Crysis took place in a jungle, Crysis 2 was set in an urban environment, and now Crysis 3 takes you to an urban jungle. Quite literally. Manhattan lies encased within the "Liberty Dome" and within the dome it looks like an episode out of the series Life After People.
I can't help but think that most of the development for Crysis 3 went into the technology rather than story and game design. Crytek has a breathtaking engine on their hands, and I look forward to seeing what they or anyone who licenses it can do in the future, but for now Crysis 3, while spectacular...
I just finished Crysis 3's campaign yesterday and wow it was amazing. I went the stealthy way and had a blast playing through the game oh and by the way this game is super freaking challenging I mean the enemies are tougher, smarter and will totally kick the heck out of you.
