Test Crysis 2

Crysis 2 Review

You can take Crysis out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of Crysis. For those worried that Crysis 2's city-slicking setting would turn it into a cramped corridor crawl, go ahead and activate strength mode, grab your fears, and ragdoll them 30 feet in the air.

Nanosuit's better than ever; surprisingly enjoyable multiplayer

Frequently lousy checkpoint system; occasionally brain-dead enemy AI

Crysis 2 Review

If you're a PC gamer, the Crysis series needs no introduction. If not, you can also play a console version, but that's like riding a cycle with training wheels and a little boy bell. I'm not a console hater, per se, but I do hate it when a great FPS game is "simplified" for console gamers.

Neat first-person presentation; Great background score; Pretty good campaign

Suffers from "console simplification; PC graphics should have been better; and releasing a DX11 patch five months late doesn't help

Crysis 2 Review

Crysis 2 had a significant amount of hype surrounding its release, as before the demo was even playable it was being touted as the best looking game ever made on consoles. In a time where graphics wars seem more prevalent then delivering a decent story, the FPS genre seemed a perfect choice to put...

A combination of stealth tactics and exciting firefights while being able to use multiple aspects of the environment to your advantage provides a lot of entertainment and "holy crap" moments.

: Too much idle time between combat and not enough to do while exploring off the main path and a broken continuity to the story attempts to supplement stellar gameplay.

Crysis 2 – PC Game Review

Having fun is the most important part of gaming. Recently, many titles seem to have forgotten about the fun, instead focusing on time-wasting virtual activities, social time with friends and strangers, building complicated stories and detailed characters, etc.

The Nanosuit makes gameplay exciting and thought-provoking; Campaign is fun; Best multiplayer of the year so far; Best graphics of any game; Excellent online leveling system

Enemy AI isn't challenging enough; Weak plot; Sections of the campaign should have time restraints but don't

Crysis 2 (PC)

Unlike the previous Crysis entries, you don't start off in the famous Nanosuit or the elite government agency that uses them. You play a marine named Alcatraz who is being shipped out to New York for a mission that you're not fully briefed on.

Beautiful graphics; engrossing story and cut scenes

BloodRayne: Betrayal

The extreme difficulty encountered later in the game makes it hard for me to recommend BloodRayne: Betrayal unequivocally. The first few levels are a blast to play, and even the hard combat becomes enjoyable when you master the moves.

Great graphics; music; challenging combat

The game is just too damn hard in some places, and the platforming sucks; An easier difficulty is definitely needed.

Crysis 2 PC Review

It's been a few years since EA and Crytek released their stunning-looking first person shooter, Crysis , and the quick 12-month follow-up, Crysis Wahead . Since then, we've heard the developers talk many times about switching from a PC-only strategy over to a multiplatform system, and they have...

F.E.A.R. 3

hit the store shelves back in 2005, its combination of creepy atmosphere, conspiracy-flavored story line, cagey enemy AI, and innovative, time-warping weapons helped it stand out from an overcrowded PC shooter marketplace.
