Return policy
All returns will need to be sent back at your expense and will need to be unopened and in their original condition, with packing slip enclosed. Once we have received notification from our warehouse that the products have been received and are in their original and resaleable condition, we can then process your refund, less a 20% handling and delivery fee. Refunds are paid via the same method as original purchase.
Delivery Info
Delivery fee is NZD$5.00 per order. From time to time we will offer Free Shipping or Free Shipping Threshold promotions; these will be shipped as per the above, within New Zealand only and by our standard courier shipment.
