Poor design of spirit level controller
The Spirit Level of the Telescope disappeared. No liquid. I did not get post sales support. So, I am now stuck with this product without a key component.

Not as good as I was expecting but still a great telescope
Right off the bat, I'm not going to lie, I could not see as much with this telescope as I was expecting. By the time I adequately zoomed into Jupiter, the image in the eyepiece was dull and blurry. However, I've only used it in a light polluted area so far.

Review: Celestron NexStar 4 SE
Astronomy can be a lot of fun if you have the right equipment and enough knowledge to know what you are looking at. Last month I reviewed the Celestron

Great telescope, terrible software, no accessories.
I am happy my husband and I purchased this for our introduction into the hobby. The tripod is sturdy and well-made. The telescope itself is simply amazing. The included instructions made putting it together and getting it working very easy and took only about an hour.

Not for beginners:)
Looks good, but it's harder than we thought to set it up with the 3 required stars, before you can use it digitally. Not recommended for beginners and if you need to use it right away:(

The Celestron Nexstar 4-SE has top-of-the-range stargazing features, such its StarBright finderscope, to more accurately locate distant objects. Its quick release arm mount, tool tray and computerised mount also make it easy to set up.

This is my first telescope and I'm very pleased with it... it's easy to set up, has a computerized 'go-to' mount and good optics. I've all ready managed to get a good picture of the moon (see image) and seen jupiter plus an open star cluster.
Pros:
