Just one word awesome

The game comes with a disc for the Lords of Shadow game and a download card for the Mirror of Fate game. I know some dislike download games so it is important to know. I personally don't care but you should be aware if you are one that dislikes downloaded games.

Very awesome Castlevania game; Story line was excellent, beautiful graphics, responsive controls.

None for a dyed in the wool Castlevania Fan

One of my all-time favorite game series, Castlevania Lords of Shadow has bitten its way deep down into my heart. It's amazing how easily and deeply I have grow to love this reboot of the Castlevania franchise, and it is a pity that most reviews seem to rather dislike these games as a whole.

I bought this as an early Christmas present for my boyfriend who loves the older castlevania games. He was not disappointed with this new edition which allows you to play as Dracula. Surprisingly beautiful and seamless game play. I have even enjoyed it myself :)

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. ____SPOILERS____ As a die-hard castlevania fan I really can't recommend this game for other than the characters and lore(which in itself is as bland as the latest x-men movie).

Great game, unfortunately, the disc only includes the original game; literally. You'll be required to download and install 5GB of content to enjoy the all additional features advertised in the packaging, as soon as you pop the code on PSN.

this series has always held up as some thing to enjoy and has a good replay value this game continues to have the right combination of action and story to enjoy a good play!

Castlevania Lords of Shadow is a must play game on the PlayStation 3 that really draws you in from the start to give you a spectacular journey of good versus evil in this beautifully presented sequel.

What I liked about Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 was how it gave the perfect backstory to the Castlevania franchise as a whole. I alos liked how Dracula was able to recover all of his memories prior to facing Satan again.

No Online Play

After four years of anticipating this game, I can say that it could have been so much more, story-wise. Doesn't seem to conclude the series really. But the fighting style was solid, visuals were great, and who can go wrong with playing as Dracula.
