We recently wrote about the best games of the PlayStation 3 generation that . Arguably the most popular and "played" game of that feature was the brilliant "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow," a title that I felt was clearly popular but not enough given its overall quality.

Just one word awesome

This game was a lot of fun really awesome and good combat with nice graphics. The story was interesting with well level design and enemies.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. ____SPOILERS____ As a die-hard castlevania fan I really can't recommend this game for other than the characters and lore(which in itself is as bland as the latest x-men movie).

Game came in perfect condition, no defects, no problems, and and came here rather quickly. The game is retty fun as well, also pretty challenging. I would order from them again.

Great game, unfortunately, the disc only includes the original game; literally. You'll be required to download and install 5GB of content to enjoy the all additional features advertised in the packaging, as soon as you pop the code on PSN.

Castlevania Lords of Shadow is a must play game on the PlayStation 3 that really draws you in from the start to give you a spectacular journey of good versus evil in this beautifully presented sequel.

What I liked about Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 was how it gave the perfect backstory to the Castlevania franchise as a whole. I alos liked how Dracula was able to recover all of his memories prior to facing Satan again.

No Online Play

Despite all the mixed and negative reviews I found a lot to like in this game. The combat is fast and responsive, and there is quite a lot of depth in the levelling and upgrade system.

After four years of anticipating this game, I can say that it could have been so much more, story-wise. Doesn't seem to conclude the series really. But the fighting style was solid, visuals were great, and who can go wrong with playing as Dracula.
