Carmageddon made a name for itself as one of the first games to court real controversy back in the day, with its rampant automotive violence tasking players with running over pedestrians for the sheer hell of it.
I was always taught that if you don't have anything nice to say then you shouldn't say anything, in which case this would be a very short review and although this isn't the worst game I have ever played it is in my list of the top ten. There are three game modes, Career, Freeplay and Multiplayer.
Carmageddon: Max Damage started off as Carmaggedon – essentially, a driving game with no limits as in you score points by being the quickest, or killing everything in sight as well as smashing all of your opponents.
Essentially a video-game adaptation of Death Race 2000 , the Carmageddon series imagines a futuristic dystopia of cities-turned-race-tracks throughout which ludicrously weaponized cars make mincemeat of civilians during brutal vehicular combat.
When I first got hold of my Windows 98, Pentium 2 266mhz, Diamond 3DFX Voodoo 1, PC back in the middle of 1998, I had a demo disc from a magazine that included a snippet of Carmageddon II: Carpocalypse Now .
Loved the originals, love this one :)
This game is a classic I recommend it exciting Sometimes entertaining is not to finish the races and destroy the enemy cars The interesting thing is to crush kill and destroy everything in its path
For the uninitiated, Carmageddon is an old racing title from an age of gaming where "You can run people over and things blow up ... IN 3D!!!" was enough to sell a game. The fans got together and Kickstarted a new version of the game.
This game just sucks I'm sorry
