Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
Can the high price be a con too? I did write this as a con and I would leave it if the stabilization was the only difference between the 70-200 f/4L IS and its predecessor. But there is more! The picture resolution is a bit better and the bright light performance is better.
Pros:
- great picture quality in the center and at the edges of the frame, well controlled chromatic aberration, almost absent coma and astigmatism, very small vignetting, small astigmatism, fast, quiet and efficient autofocus, very solid build, high quality build, efficient stabilization
Cons:
- if we try hard to find some flaws, we might say that the performance for f/4.0 and at 70 mm focal length could be a bit better

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM is clearly one of the best EF mount telephoto zoom lenses available on the market. The lens shows outstanding image quality with particular strength in the 70-135mm range.

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
Gary Wolstenholme takes a look at how this compact telephoto zoom lens performs. Canon's EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM costs around £800 and has an Image Stabiliser, silent Ultrasonic focusing with full time manual override and is sealed against dust and moisture.
Pros:
- Excellent optical quality, Superb build quality, Very effective image stabilisation, Fast to focus, Sealed against weather and dust, Light weight
Cons:
- Sometime miss-focuses near minimum focus distance

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
With built-in image stabilisation and strong image quality, but the widest aperture of f/4 isn’t the best on the market.

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
A major upgrade of Canon’s popular 70-200mm f/4 IS lens, the new Mark II remains relatively compact and lightweight, but packs a heavyweight punch in terms of performance.
Pros:
- Stellar sharpness and contrast, Super-fast autofocus system, 3-mode, 5-stop stabilizer
Cons:
- As pricey as Tamron’s f/2.8 lens, Optional tripod mount ring is expensive

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - Brand New review
Our verdict on the Canon RF 24-105mm F/4? We want this lens in our camera bag when we finally have the money to invest in the R/RF system. In fact, it'll probably be the first lens we'll buy, and not only because you can get it as a kit lens for both the EOS R and EOS RP bodies.

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
With the RF 70-200mm f4L, Canon’s once again shown how a new lens can match or exceed the performance of a popular classic while adding something different - in this case a much more compact design, at least when set to 70mm.

Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens - BRAND NEW review
The Canon RF 70-200mm F2.8 L IS USM Lens was a game-changer, and the Canon RF 70-200mm F4 L IS USM Lens is the same, taking the game down to a new size and weight low. Those carrying this frequently-needed telephoto zoom lens for extended periods will love this lens's new size and weight.
