Lens gave out after a year and the lens is not removable or repairable on these hybrids; Canon covered the first replacement but after a month of use with the refurb the same, "Lens error, camera will restart." thing started happening again.

Short Battery Life
My father bought this camera last year and we bought his old one for a few hundred. He spent a lot more on the bundle of this camera and we noticed his shots were sooo much better that my Boy Friend had been talking about how he needed a new camera all the time.
I love this camera. It's so easy to use. My kids can use it. The only thing I don't like is that without the beam assist. It doesn't focus well. The beam assist lets people know that your going to take a picture. So it's not good for candid shots. But that is the ONLY thing I don't like.
