I am not a paid reviewer to praise or slam this product like the previous ones appear to be. I am in a digital photography class at the local college. I had a PowerShot A30, but it couldn't do all the requirements of class. I saw another Canon that was a step up from mine. It was [$].
AMAZING camera! the Mini Rebel!
i've been wanting this camera for a VERY long time. it finally went onto clearance, with five easy pays. this is the camera i've been searching for ,for YEARS! i do have the Canon Rebel T3i, and nothing has ever compared... except this.
Great camera
Love the quality of pictures and the super zoom. Very nice that this is also a wide angle camera. Overall a very good buy for the price. There is only one thing that really annoys me and that is the location of the function knob.

We were tossing up between this camera and a Sony to replace our Nikon and partner our Lumix. We chose this camera because of the huge zoom and range of lens settings it was capable of. The picture quality is superb, the zoom makes even the most distant animal seem upclose and personal.

Very good bag and well constracted. the only dowsize is my Canon SX 50HS fits very tight and no extra accesories fit. Oveall very good travel bag.

Best camera I have ever had!
I love this camera. It's so easy to use. My kids can use it. The only thing I don't like is that without the beam assist. It doesn't focus well. The beam assist lets people know that your going to take a picture. So it's not good for candid shots. But that is the ONLY thing I don't like.- Awesome Pictures
