I have had the camera for only a month or so. I bought it because I wanted to take pictures of wildlife, and when I took them with my 5x camera all I got was very small images of the animal.- 50x Zoom

Good camera, shame about the selection wheel !
The SX50's selection wheel is located on the back of the camera and is difficult to use. It is the outer ring of a three layer control and trying to select aperture value or shutter speed or set exposure compensation is virtually impossible without pressing the self timer section of the inner ring...

I use a camera in my profession, I previous had a Cannon PS5SX which was a good camera too good clear pictures with great color balance easy to use software, and hence my next camara was a u201dcannonu201d also SX50HS, my first disappointment was the software it used the same easy to use software as

If you go back and buy the cable so you can read the instruction manual, you still have to take your computer with you so you can read the manual. My computer doesn't fit in my camera bag.- Great zoom with lots of options

Very good bag and well constracted. the only dowsize is my Canon SX 50HS fits very tight and no extra accesories fit. Oveall very good travel bag.

Best camera I have ever had!
I love this camera. It's so easy to use. My kids can use it. The only thing I don't like is that without the beam assist. It doesn't focus well. The beam assist lets people know that your going to take a picture. So it's not good for candid shots. But that is the ONLY thing I don't like.- Awesome Pictures

Canon PowerShot SX50 12.1MP Black Digital Camera
My father bought this camera last year and we bought his old one for a few hundred. He spent a lot more on the bundle of this camera and we noticed his shots were sooo much better that my Boy Friend had been talking about how he needed a new camera all the time.
