Canon PowerShot SX210 IS review Review
The PowerShot SX210 IS isn't exactly strong on innovation, but it packs an impressive set of specs, including a class-leading 14x zoom and 14.1-megapixel resolution. As with most compact cameras, you won't get top-notch picture quality, but this camera does put plenty of power in your pocket
Pros:
- Versatile14x zoom
- Manual exposure controls
- Attractive styling
Cons:
- Mediocre picture quality at best
- Unlabelled control dial
- Awkward positioning of pop-up flash

Canon Powershot SX210 IS
A long zoom in a little body seems to be the big goal for camera manufacturers in 2010. The 14-megapixel PowerShot SX210 IS is Canon's entry; it's the company's most compact megazoom camera sporting a 28mm-equivalent wide-angle lens with a 14x zoom.
Pros:
- Nice selection of semimanual and manual controls
- flexible lens in a compact body
- very good photo quality
Cons:
- Slow shooting performance
- some awkward design aspects
- unimpressive LCD

SX210 IS
Controls rather fiddly, especially the zoom button; it is badly placed and too small. As well as the flash issue. Menus complicated and deleting shots a bit long winded. Setting up was more complicated than both my SLRs ( 50D & 5D Mk II ) Quite heavy for it's size.

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS
have owned and operated Canon SX 210 IS for approx. 1 year. Noted marked color distortions with inside photos...which must be adjusted manually to get close to accurate colors...leaving camera in AUTO or EASY will result in inaccurate colors not only inside, but also outside, in natural light.
Pros:
- optical zoom very good..
Cons:
- color distortions a problem

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS review
The PowerShot SX210 IS is aimed at users who demand a considerable amount from a point-and-shoot camera; featuring a 14.1-megapixel CCD sensor, a 14x zoom lens and many manual controls.
Pros:
- 14x zoom lens, f/3.1 aperture, manual settings
- good depth of field
Cons:
- Lots of design quirks with menu controls
- soft images

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS
The PowerShot SX210 IS camera is the second travel-zoom model from Canon, taking on the likes of the Panasonic DMC-TZ10, Nikon Coolpix S8000 and the Samsung WB550. There's a 14x, 28-392mm optical zoom lens with built-in image stabilizer, 14 megapixel CCD sensor, 3 inch LCD screen, DIGIC 4 image...

Canon PowerShot SX210 – Flexible lens in a compact body
Thin seems to be in and hence there are a lot of manufacturer trying to put a long zoom in a compact body for camera. This model is a similar type of camera which has a 28mm equivalent wide angle lens along with 14x zoom. This is a follow up to the SX210 IS which we had in 2009.

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS
The Canon PowerShot SX210's predecessor was a very popular camera with a few flaws. With this follow-up, Canon has ironed out some of the kinks of that earlier model and, in the process, created one of the best all-around, affordable compact cameras I've tried.
Pros:
- Impressive feature-set for a camera in this class
- Extremely versatile 14x (28mm-392mm equivalent) lens
- Comfortable
- ergonomic design
- Fun new Fish-eye and Miniature scene modes
- Great 720p HD video mode with stereo sound recording
- Optical zoom supported in movies
- Easy to switch between still and
Cons:
- Somewhat slow performance (but on-par with competition in this category
- Macro shots somewhat soft
- No HDMI cable included
- Mode dial hard to turn
- Lens doesn't go as wide as competing models
