Fantastic videos, above-average photos – a strong contender but not the best

This is very nice small camera when you do not want carry around heavy dslr camera.Good picture quality, easy controls.Unfortunately battery life is a shame.You will definitely need a spare one.

Great Picture Quality; Lightweight

Love this Canon and easy to use. Quality is high as would be expected of a Canon. The camera is the type you can pass to your friends at parties and they also can easily just snap away. The focal length is very good at 24mm and from there quality is kept once pics are cropped and enlarged.

THIS CAMERA EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. i NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD PRODUCE SUCH HIGH QUALITY PICTURES SO EASILY AND QUICKLY. WITH AUTO SETTING THERE ARE NO MISTAKES ITSETS ITSELF UP FOR THE SHOT INCREDIBLY QUICKLY AND THE PICTURES ARE AMAZING.

It does everything my DSLR (70D) does except for rotating display and considering the amount of glass it has the image quality is stunning. Cannot imagine anything better in the terms of IQ/size
