The only negative I would have to say so far, for only having it two weeks now, is that the image that is on the screen when you are about to take a picture is often very blurry and pixelated... I am not sure why this happens but I wish the screen image was clearer.

Camera Was Ok
I'm returning it because it didn't come with a memory card. I felt it should have been ready to take pictures, not having to spend more money to buy the card before even using the camera. Also, I saw this exact same one at another website for $89, with memory card and free shipping.

Another point-and-shoot camera unveiled by Canon, the PowerShot A3400 IS is a pocket camera that succeeds in having a responsive touch-screen LCD, but in a rare misstep for Canon, fails in most of its image gathering capabilities.

Another great PowerShot
I bought this for my mom and she loves it. It seems i've bought everyone a PowerShot but me lately! You really can't go wrong with Canon's PowerShot line If you're considering a slightly cheaper different brand you should probably think again.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- decent quality shots
Cons:
- None that i can think of at the moment
