Small Ink Cartridges- very reduced printing capacity compared with older Canon printers
I have just bought a CanonMG5350 and I can't tell you just how disgusted I am in the cartridge size. I have replaced an IP4500 which has served me so well over the last 3 or so years. The cartridges for the MG5350 are over a third less in capacity to those in the IP4500. I am starting to run out of Cyan ink after printing about a quarter what I could print on the IP4500. The price and size of cartridges has got way out of hand.

Highway robbery in broad daylight
Yes this printer is beautiful and does what the manufacturer says. BUT!!! Canon have reduced the size of the ink tanks by about 50%, so they run out very quickly and you have to change them OFTEN, in my case about once a month (for very low use in grayscale, not much colour printing at all).

I own this printer and I'm really happy with it. Only thing I don't like is the small cartridge size.

Canon Pixma MG5350 review
Since the introduction of the range in 2004, Canon's Pixma printers have regularly delivered an intoxicating mix of good print quality, strong features and stylish design. The MG5350, then, is treading a distinguished path. But then, this is no bargain basement page churner.

Canon Pixma MG5350
The MG5350 is excellent at printing, scanning and copying, but it isn't particularly fast

Canon Pixma MG5350 review
Canon's Pixma MFPs rarely provide many surprises, but that's no bad thing: they've been producing our favourite balance of photo quality, text quality and usability for years. This model has a 7.5cm colour screen and support for printing from either Google Picasa or Canon's own Image Gateway.

Canon Pixma MG5350 review Review
The Pixma MG5350 is an easy model to like. It offers most of the features that the average person is going to need from a printer, but at the same time it delivers documents with crisp text and brilliant colours.
Pros:
- Excellent black text quality
- Superb photo prints
- Great graphics performance
- Fast print speeds
Cons:
- Not the cheapest model to run
- Lacks a touchscreen

Canon Pixma MG5350
After reading several reviews on this printer I brought one, unfortunatly the photo print quality is poor, with a green tint and dark prints. I am trying to return this printer.
Cons:
- photo printing is to dark and has a green tint
