I've used the MT24 on the 5D2 and the 5DsR for the past few years. It works well on the MP-E 65, the 180 Macro and the Zeiss 100 macroplanar. Adjustment options with angling light, ratio control, rotation, are all working fine.

I bought the MT-24 to use with my MP-E65 macro lens. Because the MT-24 fits on the end of the lens, when the lens is fully extended I still get the same amount of light, which is essential at the higher magnifications of the MP-E65.
