It takes about ten steps to do anything - there is no quick print or copy or scan button - you have to navigate the menu which is on a digital screen. The system tells you the ink is out when the cartridge is still half full and you can hear the ink still sloshing around if you shake the cartridge.

I wasnt sure about ordering from a company I have not dealt with and do not have a local branch to me, but I have to say, the sales lady i spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable about the product. she was very helpful and not a pushy sales rep.
