The Canon imageFormula DR-C240 document scanner offers fast speed, a 60-sheet automatic document feeder, and two-sided scanning. If you're in the market for a workgroup or small-office document scanner—or a faster-than-typical, price-is-no-object personal model—the Canon imageFormula DR-C240 ($795) is a strong contender. It's small enough to fit comfortably on your desk and is designed to scan big stacks of paper in a hurry, with a 60-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF) and a 45-page-per-minute (ppm) rating. It doesn't come with all the applications you may need, but it largely makes up for that with capable scan utilities and fast performance. Canon imageFORMULA DR-C240 Review
The DR-C240 isn't the most versatile document scanner, but it performs well and would fit nicely in a small office.
Pros:
- The imageFORMULA's excellent page scan rate allows you to quickly process documents
Cons:
- This Canon has a limited selection of connectivity options

not the most Mac friendly
it works well, but includes no Apple software, you need to go to Canon web site to get driver + it has to be the 2nd driver because only it has needed software, Canon was very nice + quick to get back on e-mail to sort it all out
