I wasn't aware it took a CF card instead of the usual SD card although some places don't sell these cards yet it doesn't go against the product!

My Prized Possession

The Canon 7D is an AMAZING camera! I use the 7D for lots of different things. Mostly, I use the camera for special moments in my life and wildlife photography. I chose the 7D over any other camera because it is easy to use, reasonably priced and delivers smashing photographs.

Easy To Use; Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus; Fast Shutter Speed; Good Image Quality; Good Image Stabilization; High ISO Performance; Large Clear LCD; Pop Up Flash; Quiet

Canon EOS 7D

The camera is everything I was looking for. Crisp pictures and a rugged body to take the abuse of travel. As usual, I have been using Crutchfield for many years and the the customer service is the best ( Professional and Knowledgable)

quality pictures; rugged; reliable

Great Camera by Canon, Great Delivery by Flipkart!

7D is a formidable camera by any standards. Whatever comparisons one may draw to 60D or 600D none of them can match the feel of 7D in your hands. While I had done enough research on the camera, I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery and service of Flipkart.

Canon EOS 7D review

With the EOS 7D, Canon is pulling out all the stops to appeal to keen amateur and semi-pro photographers. In a nutshell – or rather, a tough magnesium alloy shell – the 7D offers an 18.1-megapixel sensor, speedy 8fps performance, 19-point autofocus and full HD video recording.

Great deal and good camera

I got this camera as an upgrade from my old Rebel Xs at the boxing day sale online. I had gotten pretty comfortable with my old Rebel but wanted a more "semi-pro" camera. Wasn't sure whether to go full frame or not. I decided to go with the 7D and stay with APS-C for now. A few reasons.

A Novice's View

I am a novice but keen SLR user, this being my second SLR after a 600D. I have had help how best to navigate the controls and I have got some fantastic results. I like taking photos showing "as it is" - and I am extremely pleased so far.

Bright LCD; Comfortable Controls; Easy To Use; Fast Shutter Speed; Great Image Quality; Image Stabilisation; Strong Construction

Canon EOS 7D: huge megapixel count but let down by high iso noise

a good camera but too technological and gets in the way of taking pictures

good IQ at low iso; solid camera; video

high iso quality; complicated AF
