- viewfinder
- performance and speed
- AF
- flash control
- HD video
- ergonomics
- LCD
Cons:

Canon EOS 7D review Review
The pro-orientated, 18-megapixel EOS 7D digital SLR has a couple of minor flaws, but they're far outweighed by all the positives. Offering tank-like build quality, class-leading resolution, excellent high-ISO performance and brilliant continuous-shooting speeds, it's a fantastic camera
Pros:
- Hard-as-nails build quality
- Ergonomic design
- Impressive 8-frames-per-second shooting
- Records 1080p movies
- Good high-ISO performance
Cons:
- Mediocre detail from kit lens and JPEG processing
- Occasional exposure howlers

Canon EOS 7D
The Canon EOS 7D is Canon's top of the range APS-C camera. Below it sit the compact forms of the EOS 1100D , EOS 600D and EOS 60D and above it the full-frame glory of the £200 more expensive EOS 5D MKII .
Pros:
- Build quality
- Video footage
- Continuous shooting mode
- High-ISO image quality
- Great viewfinder
Cons:
- Hard on memory cards
- Unimpressive kit lens

The big difference between the 5D MKII and the 7D is inside. The 5D MKII is the cheapest of Canon's line-up to offer a full-frame sensor – the 7D has approximately the same size image sensor as cameras such as the 600D, Nikon D5100 or Sony Alpha 77

Canon 7D – Review – 33
Tim Grey loves Canon's new dSLR but hankers after a full-frame sensor You'd need about eight frames per second to capture the rate of camera development. When you're choosing a new kit, you've either got to steel yourself for your new camera's almost instantaneous obsolescence, or be prepared to...
Pros:
- Superfast 8 frames per second shooting
- Spiffy new AF system
- Sterling HD video capabilities
- Impressive ISO performance
Cons:
- 1.6x magnification via crop sensor
- Weird placement of AF button
