"Amazing Quality"
As a photography student my camera is the most important thing I own, and the canon 6D is fantastic, the image quality is amazing, this is especially noticeable when printing large format.- light weight
- simple user interface
- compatible lenses can be exspensive
First Full Fame
easy to use, i have a lot of time on my hands.Used a 550 (T2i) for 2 years upgraded and glad i did. The 6D is amazing lot to learn. Cheers MR A W WHITLOCK
When the 6D was released on 2012 reviewers complained about its simple 11poimt AF system and slow 4 frame per second burst rate, but not much else. It has the best high-ISO performance of any reasonably small DSLR of the time (Nikon's massive and heavy D3 and D4 were arguably better), not to mention...
Astonishing camera
Easy and comfortable to hold and work with, weight is just right, size is just right, looks beautiful, its very well made and neat camera. Fabulous camera for low light(available light), portraiture, art, every day and landscape work.
Full Frame, Cropped price
Stepped up from the 7D to the 6D as I wanted the quality of full frame. Initiall I was a bit shocked as this body is smaller has fewer buttons and looks more basic but it wasn't long till I found the true power.- Bright LCD
- Comfortable Controls
- Great Image Quality
- Low Noise At High Iso
- Slow Focus
Excellent camera
This camera I had been using for last 1 year. I don't need to tell about the output. In case if u r more affordable to buy expensive then go for 5d mark |v or else u can blindly go for this one
Nice camera but I is ruined by the autofocus. I perviously owned a 7d and the 6d doesn't come close. The 6d has barely usable autofocus, it is that slow. To be honest it has almost made me loose interest in photography.
The Canon EOS 6D has been replaced by the 6D Mark II
Canon EOS 6D
Outstanding image quality and sophisticated Wi-Fi functions, but the autofocus system limits its appeal
Canon EOS 6D
Canon's EOS 6D is the company's first 'affordable' full frame DSLR. It's positioned above the EOS 60D (and in some respects the EOS 7D), providing a stepping stone into full-frame photography for owners of Canon's mid-range and semi-pro APS-C models.- Tough
- moisture and dust resistant body
- Built-in Wi-Fi and GPS
- Great image quality with low noise levels
- AF effective in very low light
- 4.5fps continuous shooting limited by memory for JPEGs
- Single SD card slot
