Although I have a 5D Mark II and a 1DS Mark III, sometimes you need something smaller, lighter, and something easily available. Excellent quality, can use my other lenses and easy to grab for that quick grandchild shot all make this a great camera for me.- Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus
- Good Image Quality
- Good Image Stabilization
- Lag / Shutter Delay
- Noisy At High ISO
- Short Battery Life
Best entry-level DSLR in the market 2012
This is a beautiful DSLR, the quality of the shots is highly professional with great simplicity to use and very light weight for such a comprehensive camera. Pretty much all the features one could desire such as a stunning zoom lense and HD video capabilities - but don't just take my word for it,...
Best Camera for Photography beginners
This camera is one of the best in the world in this price range . If you are highly focussed in photography aline Nikon D5100 is better . But Otherwise on all accounts , its the T3i/600D . The Advanced zoom at full HD without a telephoto lense is the best part .- Good Image Quality
- High ISO Performance

- Perfect angles possible
- Tilt /Swivel LCD
- Short Battery Life
Perfect Camera if you're serious about taking awesome photos
For sometime I had deliberated about buying this Camera. A holiday to the Isle of Lewis made me realise I needed something special to photograph the stunning landscapes to be found there. This Cannon Camera has proved to be great!
awesome
Extremely happy with purchase exactly as described will be wonderful for my up and coming Euro adventure!
Canon Rebel T3i 18MP
John meant manual focus. He didnt realize he just repeated himself. BTW, this camera rocks. Cant complain. 50mm 1.8 mkII prime with this camera truely makes the creative side of you come out. And for the $120, the 50mm 1.8 prime is the best lens for the $, hands down.
This has been a good experience and I am eager to learn more.....
after attending a photography workshop and finally learned to take pictures in manual mode, i just wasn't satisfied with the quality of images i produced with my rebel XS and decided it was time for an upgrade. After trading in my XS for the T3i, I noticed a huge difference in my shots.
Love our new camera
Got this camera for my husband for Father's Day to use for photographing our toddler. Really wish I would have bought it when he was a newborn so we'd have these beautiful photos from day 1. My only complaint is the Auto Focus feature when using the LCD screen.- Easy To Use
- Good Image Quality
- Good Image Stabilization
- High ISO Performance
- Large Clear LCD
- Slow autofocus
Just what we wanted and delivered ahead
We purchased this camera back to upgrade from an earlier model Rebel with only 10 megapixels. My wife likes to tale flower and other wildlife photos and the higher resolution allows for more latitude in cropping and resizing photos with out loss of resolution with the higher pixel count.- Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus
- Good Image Quality
- Good Image Stabilization
- Large Clear LCD
- Tilt /Swivel LCD
Excellent for beginners or pros
I am a film maker and I would refer this to any independant who is just starting out and wants to shoot their own film. With the canon 50mm f/1.8 lens, the bouqet is amazingly comparable to any $100,000 camera on the market.- It's a Canon
- Ease of use
- very affordable
- short shooting time before over heating...but great in 3-6 minute increments
