The Correct Decision

Do You purchase the twin lens kit with the eos600d or do You get the eos600d with a 18-135lens.I chose to purchase the latter.A magic choice. No hassle with lens changes at the wrong time.

T3i

Just got my t3ilast week. WOW. That,s all I can say. I was nervous about how and if I would be able to use a more complicated camera. Well I was worried about nothing. Very easy to use right out of the box and the picture quality is amazing. So looking forward to using it on our holiday.

Just buy it, dont spend money in a 650D (T4i) or a Nikon D3100 - D5100

Awesome camera. This is my first semi-pro camera. It takes amazing pictures. About videos... Wow, in comparisson with the Nikon D3100 and D5100, the best is canon 600D. You cant see noise in night videos under ISO1600.

Very nice camera

I'm just scratching the surface with this camera and reading a separate book about using it but the pictures I have taken are awesome. Lots of preset settings to help ease you into it but also full manual mode once you know what you are doing.
Pros:
  • Very powerful camera but easy to get started for a beginner
Cons:
  • Need to read the manual or other book to really get everything out of the camera
  • Not a con - just an observation.

What I expected

This camera takes beautiful pictures when I do everything right. Still learning some of the tricks with indoor shots. Video is good, but another learning curve for me, using this setup. Would recommend this camera to others. Just take the time to play with it and learn how things work.
