amazing SLR!
So easy to use, I did not have to read and entire manual to learn how to operate it. The image quality is amazing. I can't wait to get out and shoot more.

Canon EOS 600D Test
The Canon EOS 600D is destined to be a major success. Despite being laden with the kind of features you'd expect to find on an enthusiast-level DSLR, it retains its compact size and ease of use and manages to deliver a very high success rate in terms of well-exposed, sharp results.

Has qualities that can rival more expensive models
Having often use a friend's 1000D, the transition to the 600D was smooth and I quickly grew accustomed to the 600D's layout and functions. That said, the 600D has more advanced operations that lets the user grow into- it's not a camera that you will quickly get bored of.
Pros:
- Nice features/settings
- Quick Start-up time
- Excellent image quality
- Solid Operation
- Simple controls/menu
- Easy to use
Cons:
- Missing features/settings
- Short battery life

Canon EOS 600D review
The Canon EOS 600D is more than the "550D with vari-angle screen" it may at first appear to be. It's really the built-in wireless flash commander that pushes the camera into new and more advanced territory.
Pros:
- Detailed vari-angle screen
- wireless flash control
Cons:
- Plasticy build quality
- slow AF in live view
- Raw continuous shooting

Pros:
- Gorgeous 3" 1040k dot screen
- Excellent image quality
- Brilliant colour reproduction
- Solid body with great rubber grips
- Low noise upto ISO3200
- Better than expected battery life
Cons:
- Mono mic
- Little battery warning
- Slow live view focusing
