Canon EOS 5D Mark IV
Canon EOS Mark IV is a high-end elite camera that sports a 30.4 MP full-frame sensor. It was announced on the 25th of August 2016 and is the successor to Mark III.
It's capable of recording video in 4K format with an aspect ratio of 17:9. Fast continuous shooting at 7 fps combined with 61 AF points auto-focus makes this an ideal camera for capturing moving objects.
The design is similar to Mark III's and the body weighs 800 gram.

I wrote a review about 2 years ago from the point of view of an amateur photographer. A bit has changed for me since then. I got really serious, immersed myself in studying light, lighting, posing and so on. I have carved out a part time business shooting weddings and people.

Takes photographs of things you can't even see!
Awesome camera. I've wanted a full frame Canon digital for some time and was always a bit put off by the price. In my mind I couldn't justify spending more on a camera than I would on a s/h motorbike as I'm just an average amateur snapper (just an average amateur everything really.......).

Superb results from Canon EOS V Mk IV
Stunning results at the first two events I used it at. Went from EOS V Mk II to EOS V Mk IV and can get more keepers and use far higher ISO values at low light non-flash indoor venues. I am very happy with my purchase and have no reservations in recommending it.

Pros:
- This camera is everything the Mk III should have been but wasn't
- The autofocus is straight out of the 1D-X Mk II and performs brilliantly, coupled with 7 fps you never miss a shot.

Major changes that aren't spoken about much...
I'll start off by mentioning the Focus System. Although it has 61 focus points, 41 being cross type, like the 5D Mark iii, it is not the same focus system merely spread out more and rated at lower light levels. It's a far more intelligent system, the same one that's in the 1DX Mark ii.

Incredible kit
I debated for years getting a 5D series Canon, but I finally took the plunge with the Mark IV. And I wish I had done it earlier. True to form Canon don't do really well with instructions or guides, but there are plenty of valuable online resources.
