I am a armature and bought this lens to complement the kit lens on my T3, great lens, great price, I am very pleased with the results of the pictures using this lens. I didn't go with the 70-300mm because the price with the IS was out of my budget, this was a great compromise.

Works Great
We've had this for over two years, still use it a couple of times a month. No issues.
Pros:
- Crystal clear
- no issues in storage
- easy to go from one to the other
Cons:
- None I can think of

lens for all
Pros: Been looking for this lens and finally found it with a good price, got it the very next day and it great. the pictures are so clear, the zoom is great I just love it. Can't sy Anything bad about it!!! Cons: Other thoughts:

Great lens
I bought this lens a couple weeks ago and was very surprised how great this lens is. I was even more surprised on how great it did taking macros. This is one lens that everyone should have in there bag.

- Easily Interchangeable
- Fast / accurate auto-focus
- Nice Bokeh
- Rugged
- Strong Construction

Great lens.
I bought this lens a month ago and have used it at a few live events, very impressed with the results, even without a tripod. The auto-focus is quiet too. Great lens.

A great wee lens
Bought this as a "starter" lens with my new Canon 7D Mk2 and have not been disappointed. Allows me to learn with the camera and I have been surprised with the image quality. Got it with ￡20 refund from Canon and as such, its a snip.

Best bang for your buck
Very happy with this lens so far. The image stabilization (IS) truly separates it from the other economical options out there.

I did buy it again!
I had a 55-250 a year ago, and also had a 70-300. I decided to sell the 55-250 thinking the 70-300 would satisfy my desire for a bit more reach without sacrificing image quality. After all, the 70-300 was more substantial in size, build, and weight, and the IS was nothing short of amazing.

Fine poduct
The camera is of good quality and take super quality photos. It is very easy to use and adopt very good with the weather conditions where you use it.
