70-200mm f/2.8LIS II USM love it
I bought this lens on a friends advice & have been blown away by the versatility of it & the ease of use.I take it with me everywhere now & use it for a variety of things landscapes, portraits & anything else that I might see.
Pros:

Another awesome 70-200 zoom from Canon. I think this lens is sharper than my f4 IS version, which is incredible. For indoor sports it focuses quickly with no mircoadjustment needed on either of my bodies. The only bummer is it's weight. Small price to pay for the images it produces.

Great Lens
Great lens, improves on original Orignal 70-200 is excellent lens This Mach II is even better as it is sharper wide open. It is a big lens and not cheap but overall a great lens. Sharp, fast with great IS you can't go wrong with this lens.

The Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS II USM , ( buy from Amazon ) is Canon's latest version of this very popular lens. It replaced the previous EF 70-200/2.8L IS USM (Mk I) in early 2010. The Mk II lens adds a 5th UD element, improved Image Stabilization, faster AF and closer focusing.

Probably the best zoom lens in creation.
So sharp, you'll have paper cuts on your eyes. Image stabilisation is like hitting the brakes on a race car. Bokeh is creamy and cheesy and beautiful when combined with the telephoto compression. Buy one. Even if you have to mortgage your children.

Everything about this lens is just so perfect. Although the price is a bit high but it deserves to be priced so high. The image quality produced by this lens is just amazing.

Fantastic glass, absolutely top class professional gear
Truly a fabulous mid range telephoto. Bit heavy but it will be worth the weight when you see the results. I immediately purchased a uv filter to protect the front glass. Would recommend this. The optics are truly amazing, and the focus mechanisms are spot on. Well, is it worth it...
